Wait wait - this isn't your regular old goal setting workshop!! We promise!!

A three part workshop to help you plan your vision for your personal and professional life in 2021... by being intentional with what you say yes to, and by saying NO to a whole lot.

(Like others expectations and forced upon you obligations.)

This is not the workshop for you if you want to copy exactly what worked for someone else (who has a different family, different personality, different goals, and different resources).

This IS the workshop for you if you are into the idea of declaring what you want, and saying no to everthing that detracts from that, no matter what the influencers are peddling

We believe in starting with the end in mind, instead of declaring arbitrary goals that won't motivate you past the first week of February. You in??

1) Workshop One: Clarify Your Vision! Hosted by Heather Sweeney, join us for a guided meditation, discussion around setting intentions and doing less, and creating a vision board for the new year. We'll be in person at CoHo for this event.

2) Workshop Two: Name What Matters! Set your personal and family life intentions, and schedule these priorities into your year. Determine what your non-negotiables are, and what you can say no to in the new year. Review your vision board, and determine what it will take to bring this to life!

3) Workshop Three: Set Your Goals! How can your business or career help you achieve your goals? What goals do you need to set in business, to create your vision? Join us for a workshop where you'll work through exactly how much you want to/need to work, how much you want to earn, and what sort of work it'll take to get there. Create a roadmap for yourself, based on your goals, not someone else!

Workshops will be held in person at CoHo, with an option for Virtual Dial-In if needed! Wine, good music, and great conversation to be included for each.
