Five Things We've Learned in Five Years of Coworking

Wow, five years have flown by in the blink of an eye, yet so much has happened that it feels like two decades. The world has changed dramatically, businesses have been launched, closed, and pivoted, and so many incredible people have walked through the doors (both literally and virtually) of CoHo. I can't help but get a bit emotional thinking about it. While I could probably write a novel about everything I've learned from the amazing members here, I wanted to take a moment to share some of the biggest takeaways for me personally.

1) People love to feel seen, for who they are and what matters to them.

2) People love to help. Nothing makes a member feel more 'in' than being a part of solving a problem for someone else.

3) People are kinder than the general media would lead us to believe. I will forever be repeating this - we are surrounded by so many good people.

4) People connect over common ground, and this can be their work. Still, it can also be a love for woodworking, being raised in another state, or even a shared appreciation for finding the best local pizza.

5) We are not for everyone, but if you're a positive, ambitious person, you're probably our people.

As we celebrate our FIFTH BIRTHDAY this week, we'd love to invite you to CoHo's Birthday Party! Whether you are a current member, a former member, or just a member of the Southern NH Community in general, our doors will be open from 4-6pm this Thursday July 18th, and you're invited. Join us for bites, drinks, games and some friendly faces. This is a family affair - come by for a quick hug, or stay for the entire time.
